Erläuterungstext
The building relates with the city having a united front punctuated by a system of pilasters that modulates and puts tension on the surface, while on the opposite side of the volume opens to the Rhine River through a system of counter, offering a greater integration be-tween building and landscape. The context enters the manufactured housing influencing the scores. The modular design of the counter in fact repeats the mo-vement of the Rhine by means of a variable spectrum of rhythms.
The free floorplan that characterizes the project ena-bles flexible use of space, in such a way as to allow a change of use from offices to dwelling over time.
