Erläuterungstext
The building is defined by a set of patios that allow visual permeability and provide continuity to the landscape. Despite the transparency, these patios preserve the privacy and security for those that work in the building and provide the possibility of creating climatic buffers.
The building seeks to have a distinctive identity through its openness and reinterpretation of local and traditional architectural elements. As it happens in Seville, where the streets are covered with movable textiles and the use of outdoor patios allow to reduce the heat, the proposal seeks to protect its spaces from the impact of the southern sun through the use of similar local elements: patios and textiles.
